Fr. Michael Stappard
Father Stappard celebrated the Golden Jubilee of his
Ordination to the Priesthood last week. I have invited him
to celebrate the 10.00am Mass on Sunday July 13th to mark
the occasion and as a way of giving thanks for the gift of
Priesthood to the Church.
Parish Pastoral Team
Nominations are invited for two places on the Team which
will fall vacant in October - Nomination forms and
information from Mgr. Dazeley.

ewark Carnival – Sunday 6th July
Churches Together have a “walking float” representing
Bangladesh.
Procession leaves Beastmarket Hill by
Riverside Park at 2.00pm, arriving at Sconce Hills park at
3.00pm approximately. If you wish to follow it would be
good to wear a T-shirt in one of the colours of the rainbow.
Charity market stall - Joe’s next one is on 11th July.
