Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center in Rzeszów expands its
scope
Deloitte is developing a new regional Audit Delivery Center for Central Europe which will be a
part of the Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center. For its centers Deloitte is
planning to hire up to 300 new employees in Rzeszów by 2021.
Rzeszów, 1 March 2016 - Deloitte is investing in expanding its scope of services. A new Audit
Delivery Center for Central Europe will open in Rzeszów on June 1st this year. It will be a part of
Deloitte Business Services Center. The new unit will support the Deloitte Audit team across
the CE region in performing selected audit tasks using innovative tools and technology.
The role of the Audit Delivery Center for Central Europe will be to help audit teams to prepare audit
documentation, gather information about clients and industries, perform chosen elements of substantive
audit procedures and verify financial statements. We plan on hiring experts who will work closely with
audit teams in Deloitte offices in Central Europe. We are confident that our top standard of service, our
best practices, know-how and innovative analytical tools will allow us to work even better and more
effectively for our clients in the whole region, said Wolda Grant, Audit and Enterprise Risk Services
Leader for Deloitte Central Europe.
In addition to audit experts, Deloitte Audit Delivery Center for Central Europe will also employ
university graduates and experienced undergraduates in the areas of finance, economics and technology.
The new unit will become a part of Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center that has operated in
Rzeszów since last year. Until then the centre had consisted of finance, accounting, IT and risk
management teams. Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center provides support to the firm’s
offices in 18 CE countries. The capital of Podkarpacie has seen 70 new jobs created over just a short
period of time. The number is set to go up to 300 by 2021.
Thanks to the cutting-edge technologies and our experts’ know-how, the new Audit Delivery Center in
Rzeszów will enable us to adapt our service level to the needs resulting from the fast growth of Deloitte.
