Dynamic Growth and a New Office of the Deloitte Central Europe Business
Services Center in Rzeszów
Deloitte expects to hire over 300 employees in total in the capital of Podkarpacie by 2021.
Rzeszów, 31 May 2016 – The professional services firm Deloitte is developing and investing in its
regional infrastructure and in August 2016, the Deloitte CE Business Services Center will move to
the new Skyres building on Warszawska street, an office building in Rzeszów designed in
accordance with the latest standards. The decision to relocate was driven not only by large-scale
recruitment of staff by the existing departments, but also the launch of the new regional Deloitte
Central Europe Audit Delivery Center, which will also be based in Rzeszów.
Deloitte’s new office in Rzeszów will accommodate the Finance & Accounting as well as the IT
department and the Risk Operations Center working for the Deloitte Central Europe Business Services
Center and the Audit Delivery Center, which will soon launch its business operations. The capital
of Podkarpacie has already seen 80 new jobs created by Deloitte in a short period of time and by 2021,
the headcount is expected to increase to over 300 people.
Deloitte was advised by JLL, real estate experts, in it`s search for its new offices. SkyRes Warszawska is
the first large-format A Class office building in Rzeszów with a total floor area of 25,648 square meters.
Deloitte’s offices will occupy two floors of the 14-story building. We are delighted and looking forward
to moving to the new SkyRes building and to creating a modern working environment that will reflect
Deloitte`s brand and culture. This move marks another milestone in the Firm’s commitment to our
investment plans to further develop the Deloitte CE Business Services Center in the town of Rzeszów, and

are happy that by opening the new center and developing our Business Services Center we are
contributing to the development of the whole Podkarpackie Region, he adds.
The role of the newly established Audit Delivery Center for Central Europe will be to support audit teams
across Central Europe in performing audit work which will include data analysis, statistical sampling for

The development of the Deloitte Business Services Center in Rzeszów is attracting considerable attention

In addition to audit experts, the Deloitte Audit Delivery Center will also employ university graduates and
students specializing in the areas of finance, economics and technology. The new unit will form part of
the Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center, which has been operating in Rzeszów since
September 2015. Thus far, the center has comprised Finance & Accounting, IT and Risk Operations
Center. Currently Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center provides support to many of the
Firm`s practices across Central Europe and will expand to cover all country practices in the years ahead
in all 18 Central European countries and territories.
