There will be additional opportunities for confession in English on Sunday, December 22, both before and after the 9:00 Mass. RELIGIOUS GIVE THANKS “Thank you for accompanying us as we care for our elder sisters,” writes a religious superior. May God bless you abundantly for your goodness. USHERS/GREETERS NEEDED There is an urgent need for ushers/greeters for the 10:00 p.m. Mass on December 24, Christmas Eve (Polish/English). As of this writing we have no one scheduled. As we traditionally have a larger attendance at this mass, including visitors and former parishioners, we will especially need the help of ushers and greeters. Please call Joyce at 216-749-6598 if you can help out at this Mass. All MASSES are in English except the 11:00 Sunday mass which is in Polish. VOLUNTEER EDUCATION SERIES Sunday, December 22, 4:00 p.m. A CHRISTMAS BLESSING FROM IRELAND, at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, 6740 Broadview Rd in Parma. While the concert is free -- a free will offering will be taken to support the music ministry. A reception will follow the concert in the vestibule of the church. You are DONATE THAT OLD CAR TO THE ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY invited to honor St. John as the Patron Saint of our Diocese, our Cathedral Parish, and the Cathedral Church itself. Bishop Lennon will celebrate the 12:00 noon Mass with the addition of special music. At 7:00 p.m., Bishop Lennon will preside at Solemn Sung Vespers.
