Budowa autostrady A1 po zachodniej stronie lotniska (w rejonie podejścia do
RWY 09).
Construction of the A1 motorway west of the aerodrome (within the area of
RWY 09 approach).

Ograniczenia i utrudnienia
Limitations and obstructions
Prace budowlane będą prowadzone przy użyciu sprzętu budowlanego
o wysokości do 17 ft AGL. Teren prowadzonych robót będzie oznakowany.
W trakcie budowy wystąpią czasowe utrudnienia/ograniczenia dla ruchu
lotniczego związane z:
The construction works will be carried out using construction equipment up to
17 ft AGL. The area of works will be marked. During construction
obstructions/limitations for air traffic are expected due to:
- pracą sprzętu (dźwigi, pompy do betonu) o wysokości powyżej 17 ft AGL.
- working equipment (cranes, concrete pumps) with a height above 17 ft AGL.

Dostosowanie infrastruktury lotniska do operacji lotniczych CAT II.
Adjusting aerodrome infrastructure to CAT II operations.

Prace związane z zadaniem obejmują cztery kolejno następujące po sobie

Z powodu prac budowlanych TWY: N, U, A, D, H1, H3, H4 i H5, a od
2015-12-10 EST TWY: F i S będą niedostępne dla ruchu lotniczego.
Due to construction works TWYs: N, U, A, D, H1, H3, H4 and H5 and from
2015-12-10 EST - TWYs: F and S will be unavailable for air traffic.
FAZA 2

Z powodu prac budowlanych TWY: L, H2, B, odcinek TWY E3 między TWY B
a stanowiskiem postojowym 23 oraz stanowiska postojowe 23-29 na APN 1
będą niedostępne dla ruchu lotniczego.
Due to construction works TWYs: L, H2, B, section of TWY E3 between TWY
B and stand no. 23 as well as stands no. 23-29 on APN 1 are not available for
air traffic.

Z powodu prac budowlanych odcinek TWY E3 między stanowiskami
postojowymi 21 a 22 oraz stanowiska postojowe 21-22 na APN 1 będą
niedostępne dla ruchu lotniczego.
Due to construction works section of TWY E3 between stands no. 21 and 22
as well as stands no. 21-22 on APN 1 are not available for air traffic.

Z powodu prac budowlanych TWY: E2, E3 między stanowiskami postojowymi
16 a 20 oraz stanowiska postojowe 16-20 na APN 1 będą niedostępne dla
ruchu lotniczego.
Due to construction works TWYs: E2, E3 between stands no. 16 and 20 as
well as stands no. 16-20 on APN 1 are not available for air traffic.
Zakres prac
Scope of works
- budowa TWY: H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 oraz APN dla samolotów GA,
- construction of TWYs H1, H2, H3, H4 and H5 as well as apron for General
Aviation aircraft,
- rozbudowa TWY A,
- extension of TWY A,
- remonty APN 1 na stanowiskach 16-20,
- renovation of APN 1 on stands no. 16-20,
- rozbudowa systemu świetlnych pomocy nawigacyjnych na TWY B, E1, E2,
E3 oraz na stanowiskach postojowych 12-15, 21-23, 27 i 29 na APN 1.
- extension of air navigation lighting system on TWYs B, E1, E2, E3 and on
stands 12-15, 21-23, 27 and 29 on APN 1.
Ograniczenia i utrudnienia
Limitations and obstructions
Prace budowlane będą prowadzone przy użyciu sprzętu budowlanego
o wysokości do 17 ft AGL i okresowo będą koordynowane z ruchem statków
powietrznych. Teren robót na granicy z czynnymi płaszczyznami
operacyjnymi będzie oznakowany zgodnie z wymaganiami Załącznika 14
ICAO, tom 1.
The construction works will be carried out using construction equipment up to
17 ft AGL and will be periodically coordinated with the movement of the
aircraft. The construction site at the limit of active operational surfaces will be
marked in accordance with ICAO Annex 14, Vol. 1.
W trakcie budowy wystąpią czasowe utrudnienia/ograniczenia dla ruchu
lotniczego związane z:
During the construction works, temporary obstructions/limitations for air traffic
are expected related to:
- zmianą organizacji ruchu w obrębie pola naziemnego ruchu lotniczego,
- change to the traffic movement within the air traffic movement area,
- ograniczeniem dostępności stanowisk postojowych na APN 1,
- limitations to the availability of stands on APN 1,
- ograniczeniem dostępności świetlnych pomocy nawigacyjnych,
- limitations to the availability of lighting air navigation aids,
- pracą sprzętu (dźwigi, pompy do betonu) o wysokości powyżej 17 ft AGL.
