In September 2014, the following events are worth
highlighting: a) production results came in 2.1%
above energy audits, b) Photon Energy Operations
signed new contracts for a total of 8.5 MWp c)
restructuring of EUR 6 million short-term liabilities.
Spółka informuje o następujących wydarzeniach,
które miały miejsce we wrześniu 2014 r.: a) wyniki
produkcyjne wyniosły 2.1% powyżej zakładanych
audytów energetycznych b) Photon Energy
Operations zwiększył swój portfel umów o 8.5 MWp
c) zrestrukturyzowano zadłużenie krótkoterminowe
w wysokości EUR 6 mln.

Production results of Photon Energy N.V.’s
power plants in the reporting period
September proved to be a moderately good
month in terms of weather conditions which
resulted in generation results slightly above the
energy audits. The average performance of all
power plants in Photon Energy‘s portfolio came
in approximately 2.1% above expectations.
However, the accumulated data on a year-todate basis remained slightly in negative
territory (-1.4% below expectations) but still
above the results recorded a year ago (+3.3% YO-Y). The best performance was recorded by
power plants in the Czech Republic, Italy and
Australia.

warunków pogodowych, co zaowocowało
wynikami produkcyjnymi nieznacznie powyżej
zakładanych prognoz energetycznych. Średnie
wyniki produkcyjne wszystkich elektrowni
Photon Energy wyniosły 2.1% więcej niż
oczekiwano. Skumulowane wyniki produkcyjne
od początku roku pozostały nieznacznie
negatywne (-1.4% poniżej oczekiwań) ale wciąż
powyżej wyników osiągniętych w ubiegłym
roku (3.3% rok-do-roku). Najlepsze wyniki
produkcyjne odnotowały elektrownie w
Czechach, Włoszech i Australii.

Photon Energy Operations signed
contracts for the total of 8.5 MWp
new
Photon Energy Operations has taken over
further maintenance and service contracts for
Satcon central inverters for clients based in the
Czech Republic and Italy with a combined
capacity of 8.5 MWp. The Group already
provides full maintenance services for Satcon
clients amounting to more than 54 MWp of PV
capacities as well as repair services and spare
parts management for approx. 100 MWp more,
spread across six different countries. The
majority of these assets is located in France,
Italy and the Czech Republic. This positions the
Group as a leading maintenance service

Photon Energy Operations podpisał nowe
kontrakty w Czechach
Photon Energy Operations (PEO) pozyskał nowe
kontrakty na konserwację i obsługę centralnych
przetwornic Satcon, dla klientów w Czechach
oraz we Włoszech, o całkowitej mocy około 8.5
MWp. Grupa świadczy już usługi kompletnego
serwisu systemów dla klientów Satcon
obsługując elektrownie o łącznej mocy 54
MWp oraz usługi naprawy i zarządzania
częściami zapasowymi aktywów o mocy ponad
100MWp, w sześciu różnych krajach. Większość
aktywów zlokalizowana jest we Francji,
Włoszech oraz Czechach. To pozycjonuje Grupę
w czołówce spółek świadczących usługi

The Group strengthened its balance sheet
through the partial repayment and refinancing
of its EUR 6 million short-term credit facility
c)
On 12 September the Group partially repaid
and successfully refinanced its short term loan
facility in the amount of approximately EUR 6
million, significantly strengthening its balance
sheet and improving its funding situation. This
event was already reported in the monthly
report for August 2014 and EBI report 27/2014.

Proprietary PV plants
Photon Energy wzmocnił swój bilans poprzez
częściową
spłatę
oraz
refinansowanie
kredytów krótkoterminowych
Dnia 12 września b.r., Grupa częściowo spłaciła
oraz refinansowała swój portfel kredytów
krótkoterminowych w wysokości EUR 6 mln, co
znacznie wzmocniło bilans oraz poprawiło
sytuację finansową Grupy. Wydarzenie to
zostało już opublikowane w raporcie
miesięcznym za sierpień 2014 oraz w raporcie
EBI 27/2014. Prosimy o odwołanie się do tych
reportów w celu uzyskania szczegółowych
informacji.

Specific Performance is a measure of efficiency which
shows the amount of kWh generated per 1 kWp of installed
capacity and enables the simple comparison of year-onyear results and seasonal fluctuations during the year.
Wskaźnik wydajności produkcyjne elektrowni własnych (z ang.
Specific Performance Ratio (SPR)) pokazuje ilość kWh
wyprodukowanych na jednostkę zainstalowanych mocy (1 kWp) i
umożliwia szybkie porównanie wydajności produkcji r/r oraz
pokazuje wahania sezonowe na przełomie roku.
In September, the average performance of all
power plants in Photon Energy‘s portfolio
came in slightly above the energy forecasts by
an average of approximately 2.1%. The
performance on a year-to-date basis has
almost fully recovered and remained slightly
negative by 1.4%. Year-on-year, the electricity
output of our proprietary portfolio was still
better than a year ago, up by 3.3%.
We wrześniu średnie wyniki produkcyjne wszystkich
elektrowni Photon Energy były nieznacznie powyżej
poziomów zakładanych przez audyty energetyczne o
średnio 2.1%. Skumulowane wyniki produkcyjne od
początku roku pozostały w obszarze negatywnym w
wysokości –1.4%. Rok-do-roku produkcja energii
elektrycznej była wciąż wyższa niż w roku ubiegłym,
o 3.3%.
The Czech, Italian and Australian portfolio
recorded a better performance i.e. 6% and 16%
and 15% above expectations, respectively. The
Slovak and German power plants, in contrast,
performed on average below expectations, by
approximately 4% and 5%, respectively.
The specific performance ratio in September
amounted to 89 kWh/kWp, compared to 94
kWp/kW a year ago, representing a decrease
by 5% YOY .

Portfel czeskich, włoskich i australijskich elektrowni
pracował najlepiej, osiągając wyniki produkcyjne
odpowiednio o 6%, 16% i 15%, powyżej zakładanych
prognoz. Elektrownie słowackie i niemieckie
osiągnęły wyniki produkcyjne poniżej prognoz o
odpowiednio 4% i 5%.
Wskaźnik efektywności produkcyjnej SPR wyniósł we
wrześniu 89 kWh/kWp, w porównaniu do 94
kWp/kW w roku ubiegłym i spadł o 5% rok-do-roku.
Bond trading performance

Obrót obligacjami
In March 2013 Photon Energy Investments N.V., at
that time a fully-owned subsidiary of Photon
Energy N.V. placed a 5-year corporate bond with
an 8% annual coupon and quarterly coupon
payments in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic,
Slovakia and Poland. Upon completion of the
merger of Photon Energy N.V. and Photon Energy
Investments N.V., Photon Energy N.V. became the
legal successor and assumed all obligations
towards the bondholders of Photon Energy
Investments NV. The bond is listed on the stock
W marcu 2013 r. Photon Energy Investments N.V.,
wówczas spółka córka w 100% zależna od Photon
Energy N.V., uplasowała pięcioletnie obligacje z
oprocentowaniem 8% w skali roku oraz kwartalną
wypłatą kuponu, w Niemczech, Austrii, Czechach, na
Słowacji oraz w Polsce. Po zakończeniu połączenia
Photon Energy N.V. oraz Photon Energy Investments
N.V., Photon Energy N.V. stał się prawnym następcą
wszelkich zobowiązań wobec obligatariuszy Photon
Energy Investments N.V. Obligacje notowane są na
giełdach we Frankfurcie, Berlinie, Hamburgu,

been trading between 95% and 100.75%.

EUR 4.248 Mio. (nominal value) with an opening
price of 100.00 and a closing price of 97.00. During
this period the average daily turnover amounted to
EUR 10,754.

wyniósł EUR 4 248 mln (wartość nominalna), z ceną

Bond trading performance in September 2014
Obrót obligacjami w sierpniu 2014 r.
In September 2014 the trading volume amounted to
EUR 162,000 (nominal value) with the opening price
of 97.30 and the closing price of 97.00. The average
daily turnover amounted to EUR 7,363.
We wrześniu 2014 r. wolumen obrotu wyniósł EUR
162 tys. (wartość nominalna) z ceną otwarcia 97,30
oraz ceną zamknięcia 97,00. Średni obrót dzienny
wyniósł EUR 7 363.
