SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL
ECR Forum is one of the most important events for the FMCG and DIY industry. This annual conference is the
best place to share experience between managers representing all stages of the value chain: manufacturers,
retailers, distributors and service providers.
Previous editions of the ECR Poland Forum proved that strong advantages of this meeting are the highest
professional level of presentations and the group of its participants, among whom there are the heads of the
most important and largest companies in the FMCG industry. It's a real forum for exchange of knowledge,
experience, innovation, best practice and inspiration.
ECR Forum 2017 will be held on June 1-2, 2017 in Sound Garden
Conference Center in Warsaw. Its program comprises of the full-day
plenary session and parllel workshop sessions on the next day.

operational and functional managers represent more than 80% of the Forum’s participants,
- managers responsible for business development, sales and purchasing, e-commerce, marketing and

Jednodniowe warsztaty w równoległych sesjach, prowadzone przez praktyków i specjalistów, które
pozwolą ich uczestnikom poznać i wdrożyć ciekawe rozwiązania z obszaru zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw
oraz marketingu i sprzedaży.

Who’s going to attend?
- representatives of the middle and upper management,
- logistics experts, operations directors (retails operations!), persons responsible for finance, sales,
marketing, purchasing and HR.
Both events will be linked with shared registration and organization. It is possible to sponsor both events, as
well as to promote the company during only one session of Workshops. The Marketplace will be organized
during both days in front of the conference hall, where Sponsors and Partners will have the opportunity to meet
and present their offer to the ECR Forum participants.

ORGANISER OF THE ECR FORUM
ECR Polska is a non-profit organisation made by FMCG, DIY and related sectors
companies, with nearly 50 members - leading retailers, distributors and
manufacturers in Poland, as well as logistics, marketing, IT and research services
& solutions providers for the fast moving consumer goods business.
Our role is to maintain a neutral platform for cooperation development in
accordance with the concept of ECR (Efficient Consumer Response). Our
members can jointly deliver sustainable value to consumers - better, faster and
at less cost. ECR-developed "best practices" are practical standards and procedures, the implementation of
which translates into operational excellence improvements and cost savings.

place the information about Sponsor’s company on the ECR Forum website (logo in the "Sponsors and
Partners" section;
place the logo on all printed promotional materials (brochures, conference programme, advertisments);
set dispatchers of your products / stands with leaflets in the conference foyer and distribute leaflets /
folders in the "Info Centre";
conduct tasting sampling of your products during the conference breaks (with hostess or without).

* IMPORTANT! All Sponsors presentations are possible during 2 days of ECR Forum – Plenary Sessions and session of
Workshops. All presentations must be absolutely prepared in form of Case Study, should be related to specific problem of
the FMCG or DIY market and provide a solution. The case studies should take into account the aspects of effective trade
partners’ cooperation.
We take care of a substantive quality of our conference programme, that’s why we do not allow product/advertising
presentation (we suggest market place as the right place for them). The formula of ECR conferences in Poland and in the
world assumes that each presentation should be performed by the beneficiaries of the shown solutions – the manufacturer
and the retailer in a joined presentation. Only such presentations will be added to the agenda.
** The given prices do not include costs of preparation, production and delivery of promotional materials. The execution of
the benefits depends on the timely delivery of those materials by the Sponsor.
