Sponsorship Offer ECR FORUM FOR COOPERATION is one of the most important events for the FMCG and DIY industry. This annual conference is the best place to share experience between managers representing all stages of the value chain: manufacturers, retailers, distributors and service providers. Previous editions of the ECR Poland Forum proved that this meeting is characterized by two strong advantages: (1) the highest professional level of presentations, and (2) the group of its participants, among whom there are the heads of the most important and largest companies in the FMCG industry. It's a real forum for exchange of knowledge, experience, innovation, best practice and inspiration. In the programme: - Plenary sessions, the subject of which relates to trends affecting the industry, the strategic issues reflecting most pressing problems and challenges of the market - presented by mentors, business leaders, experts; - Thematic breakouts, in which practitioners present case studies of interesting projects and solutions in the areas of supply chain management, e-commerce, marketing and sales. In 2015, the ECR Forum for Cooperation will be held on 28 May in Warsaw. The day before the conference, May 27, at the same place, the Seminar SELL MORE, LOSE LESS will be held. This event is organized jointly by ECR Poland the ECR Europe Shrinkage & On Shelf Availability Group. SELL MORE, LOSE LESS SEMINAR is the one-day workshop to share new thinking, approaches and methods that will help retailers & manufacturers increase on-shelf availability, same store sales and customer satisfaction while at the same time reduce the inventory losses due to waste, damage, theft and error. Number of participants: 100 Who’s going to attend? - logistics experts, operations directors (retails operations!), persons responsible for finance and HR - representatives of the middle and upper management. str. 1 Both events will be linked with shared registration and organization. It is possible to sponsor both events, as well as to promote the company during only one of the meetings. SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES – ECR FORUM FOR COOPERATION 2015 and SELL MORE, LOSE LESS SEMINAR: Regardless of the chosen sponsorship package and established range of benefits, all Sponsors of the ECR Forum For Cooperation 2015 have the right to: use the official title: “Sponsor of… “ in Sponsor’s own marketing materials / activities; place the information about Sponsor’s company on the conference website (logo + marketing description in the "partners" section and the logo on the scrolling bar on the home page); place your logo on all printed promotional conference materials (posters, brochures, conference programme); set dispatchers of your products / stands with leaflets in the conference foyer and distribute leaflets / folders in the "Info Centre"; conduct tasting sampling of your products during the conference breaks (with hostess or without). The Sell More Lose Less Seminar programme is closed. All presentations must be absolutely prepared in form of Case Study, should be related to specific problem of the FMCG or DIY market and provide a solution. The case studies should take into account the aspects of effective trade partners’ cooperation. We take care of a substantive quality of our conference programme, that’s why we do not allow product/advertising presentation (we suggest market place as the right place for them). The formula of ECR conferences in Poland and in the world assumes that each presentation should be performed by the beneficiaries of the shown solutions –the manufacturer and the retailer in a joined presentation. Only such presentations will be added to the agenda. In this case, the cost of the combined package will be negotiated each time individually. * The given prices do not include costs of preparation, production and delivery of promotional materials. The execution of the benefits depends on the timely delivery of those materials by the Sponsor.
