INTERNATIONAL DIMENSION IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The aim of the conference is to present all actions and types of projects which contribute to the
enhancement of Erasmus+ programme international dimension in the higher education sector. The
term “Erasmus+ international dimension in higher education” covers the following actions/type of
projects: international credit mobility (learning mobility between programme and partner countries ICM), Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMDs), Capacity Building in Higher Education (in
partners countries - CBHE), Jean Monnet. All types of actions/ projects will be briefly presented in
the first session and CBHE, EMJMDs and ICM will be further elaborated during the afternoon sessions
(so called “Expert tables”, which will have a form of question and answer sessions on related topic).
CBHE and EMJMDs will be presented and explained by the EACEA (Executive Agency in Brussels)
representatives and ICM by the NA representatives.
The special focus during the plenary session will be on the CBHE projects. Participants will have the
possibility to meet an experienced partner in many international initiatives, including TEMPUS
(predecessor of CBHE) and CBHE projects.
This year's conference on Erasmus+ international dimension in higher education provides
possibilities to get familiar with one of the partner countries and its higher education system –
Israel.
