Slide the battery compartment cover 6 , 15 back onto
the lamp casing 2 , 14 .
Note: Charger and rechargeable batteries are not included.
Only use a charger from a specialist retailer, which is suitable
for charging 4 rechargeable batteries each of 1.2 V. The
charger requires a 3.5 mm terminal. If necessary consult a
specialist in order to avoid damage and danger.
Note: The charging socket 8 for the charger is located
on the front light.
Before initial use
Inserting the batteries / ​
rechargeable batteries
The lights are battery or rechargeable battery operated.
Note: Only use alkaline batteries or comparable rechargeable batteries with 1.2 V .
Slide open the battery compartment cover 6 , 15 towards
the back and remove it from the lamp casing 2 , 14 .
For the front light, pull the battery compartment 7 out
of the light.
Insert the batteries / rechargeable batteries into the battery
compartment 7 , 16 . Check the polarity of the battery
during insertion! This is shown inside the battery compartment. Use only batteries / rechargeable batteries of
the specified type (see “Technical Data”).
For the front light, replace the battery compartment 7 .

batteries supplied must never be recharged.
Only rechargeable batteries can be recharged.
Note: A battery indicator is located in the On / Off
button 1 and 10 the front and rear lights. This lights up
red when the batteries need to be replaced, or the
rechargeable batteries need to be recharged.

cleaning agents. Otherwise damage to the product can

Use a slightly damp, fluff-free cloth for cleaning the product.

Mounting the lights
Front light:
Release the locking screw 4 from the mounting ring 5 .
Place the mounting ring 5 around the handlebar.
Tighten the locking screw 4 to secure it in the mounting
ring 5 .
Note: With the aid of the rubber seals 9 in the mounting ring 5 , adjust the bracket 3 to fit precisely to your
handlebar.
Slide the lamp casing 2 onto the bracket 3 .
Rear light:
Place the mounting ring 11 around the seat post.
Slide the lamp casing 14 onto the bracket 13 .
Loosen the locking screw 12 , but do not remove it completely to be able to adjust the beam angle of the rear
light.
Retighten the locking screw 12 .
