Nomination and acceptance
Erasmus+ students coming to the University of Zielona Góra shall be nominated by their home university
by e-mail, at this point the University of Zielona Góra reserves the right to interview the nominee by the
electronic tools, e.g. skype. Students are obliged to send to the Department of International Cooperation
the following documents:
 An on-line Application Form
 Learning Agreement for Studies/for Traineeships, that should be also attached to an on-line
application in a .jpg or .pdf form. The Learning Agreement should be signed by the student and a
representative of the university beforehand
 Photo, also attached to the on-line application in electronic version (.jpg) max. 300kb
Students should have an EHIC card valid for the time of their being at the university, or other insurance for
the sum of 30.000€.
In order to apply for accommodation, a student must mark the accommodation option in the application
form. We can guarantee accommodation for the students, who apply for Erasmus stay in first deadline
(30th June). With later applications it will depend on a current dormitory usage.

Students shall receive a tutor - a Polish student who took part in the Erasmus exchange and is aware of all
the problems that students may have at the beginning of their stay. That person is responsible for looking
after incoming students during all stay.
