The strong ABC Data team has new directors
ABC Data S.A. is a well-known distributor of IT hardware and consumer electronics in Poland
and the Central and Eastern European region. The company owns its success to a team of
excellent professionals, which keeps getting stronger, as it attracts new business talents thanks
to its dynamic development and extremely strong position in the CEE region.
ABC Data team has had a busy time recently. Many changes have been implemented to
enable major successes. The company has seen a higher than average increase in sales,
produced excellent financial parameters, optimised its structure and reined in its cost policy.
Time and time again, the people managing the company demonstrate they are specialists in
their respective fields. The same is true for the new directors, who have brought new quality
to their business areas. They have gained rich experience and extensive knowledge while
working for other companies or during their long career at ABC Data. They will now support
the areas that serve as important drivers of the company's growth.
ABC Data is strongly focused on the development of consultancy services within the Value+
area. The company develops its engineering expertise and value-added services which involve
support in the selection and configuration of equipment, software and services that best
correspond with the changing business needs of companies today. Paweł Ryniewicz, who has
been with ABC Data since April, has been appointed director of the Value+ department. He
was the Regional Manager for Central Europe at Logitech for many years. Now, as Sales and
Marketing Director of the Value+ Department at ABC Data, he and his team will work to make
the company a provider of comprehensive ICT solutions in areas such as surveillance, security

and cloud services. His tasks also involve the development of an education programme for
partners and end customers in this area.
ABC Data is also reinforcing its sales in the mobile sector. By appointing Maciej Jarmiński
Director of the Mobile Department in April 2015, the company hopes for dynamic growth in
this field. He had spent 5 years as Director of the Telecommunications Market Service
Department at Action. His objective in his new role is to consolidate the distribution of GSM
brands by utilizing the potential of ABC Data, a company operating in 8 markets of the CEE
region, and to partner with manufacturers across the whole Central and Eastern Europe. He
will also support GSM brands in the Polish market, handle clients from the
telecommunications sector, and develop product groups and lines from the Internet of Things
category in its broad sense, including “smart” products; first smart-fit products are already
available, and products from the health and home categories will be launched soon.
The company also aims to expand sales in the category of household appliances and
consumer electronics, which has been managed by Artur Rzysko since May 2015. His former
roles included Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Sales Director at Media Expert TERG S.A. At
ABC Data, apart from increasing its market share in the sales of household appliances and
consumer electronic in Poland and CEE, he plans to build a network of partner stores from
the small and medium business sector, expand the product portfolio and create a list of
business partners among suppliers and buyers. His aim is to follow a clear sales policy for all
distribution channels.
Radosław Góralczyk, appointed Commercial Director in July 2015, is responsible for the
development of sales to small and medium partners, e-commerce clients, corporate clients
and retail chains. He has been with ABC Data for 9 years, and his previous role was Sales
Manager. A graduate of Warsaw School of Information Technology and Warsaw School of
Economics, he is working to enable continuous increase of client satisfaction. He wants to
achieve this by expanding the product offer, improving the quality of service and developing
favourable partnership offers. He also plans to carry out a series of commercial actions to
reinforce the company's leading position in the distribution market.
Wojciech Mayer has been in the IT industry since 2007. While working for his previous
employers, which included Komputronik S.A. and Komputronik Biznes Sp. z o.o., he focused
on building long-term relationships with clients. He is an expert in the area of server
solutions, mass storage, virtualization, and data backup and archiving technologies. At ABC
Data, he is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of project sales
targeted at the largest partners. The Project Sales Department, directed by Wojciech Mayer,
aims to ensure top-quality service for integrators and resellers at every project stage.
Together with a team of experienced Key Account Managers supported by an on-site sales
department, they will provide complementary support in all the regions of the country. The
significant potential of the advanced technology market enables development in the sales of
comprehensive added-value solutions to partners who work with ABC Data on small, medium
and large-scale IT projects.
