STRAIGHT PATTERN HIGH PRESSURE VALVES
for pneumatic actuator
with buttweld ends DN15 – DN 50
The valves are designed for application in pipeline installations conducting non-aggressive
and non-toxic media. They are designed for general application - type ZWZ1P.
They are suitable for mounting of one way action pneumatic actuator produced by Zakład
Automatyki „POLNA” SA, Przemyśl, Poland, type:
R1B – while air pressure failure the springs close the valve;
P1B – while air pressure failure the springs open the valve.

Acceptance tests : PN-EN 12266-1, leak tightness – class B
Valves can be manufactured with internal parts (stem, disc) made of titanium alloys.
Valves should operate in two positions: completely open or completely closed.
Valves can operate only on horizontal piping with bonnet directed up.
