inGdańsk.
Intermarché is the leading food operator at Galeria Zaspa (formerly ETC Gdańsk). It has
operatedinthemallcontinuouslyfor17yearsandwillstayforanother10years.Withclose
to1,700squaremetersoffloorspace,thestoreisthebiggesttenantinthemall.
“The long commercial tradition of the property and its high ranking in customers’
perception make the shopping mall continuously attractive. With the upgrade, the
propertyinteriorhasbecomemorecomfortableandalignedwiththecurrentmarket
trends. This is why it is only natural for us to extend the lease,” said Thierry
Klupczynski,owneroftheIntermarchéatGaleriaZaspa.“In2017,weareplanningto
refurbish the store and implement a new concept, even more attractive for
customers. We believe that the change will contribute to the success of the entire
property,”addedMrKlupczynski.
GaleriaZaspahasreopenedaftertheupgradeinApril2016.Therefurbishmentprojectwas
completedbyajointventureofGrupaCapitalParkandAkronGroup.Thepropertyoffersca.
8,800 square meters of floor space and houses 37 shops and service providers as well as
foodvendors.

fashion stores Textil Market, Natalia Strojna and Exxelent, the patisserie Sowa, Domino’s
Pizza, the newsagent’s Inmedio and the pharmacy Dbam o Zdrowie. Local tenants include
thebakerySzydłowski,thepetshopZOOKarinaandthedelicatessenCamellia.Theshopping
malloffersserviceswhichmeetthedailyneedsofcustomers:adrycleaner’s,aflowershop,
a money exchange, a photographer’s, a mobile phone store, a tailor’s, and the medical
