północnych. W odległości 15 km od Tarnowskich Gór zlokalizowany
jest Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy Katowice-Pyrzowice. Tarnowskie
Góry liczą ponad 60 tys. mieszkańców. Miasto posiada duże tradycje
przemysłowe. W Tarnowskich Górach prowadzi działalność prawie
7000 podmiotów, w tym kilkaset to spółki z udziałem inwestorów
zagranicznych.

Tarnowskie Góry liegt im Südwesten Polens, in der Schlesischen
Woiwodschaft. Die Stadt ist mit der gesamteuropäischen Verkehrsinfrastruktur sehr gut verbunden. Das ausgebaute Verkehrsnetz der
Stadt mit der Ringstraße rund um das Zentrum ermöglicht eine
geschickte Kommunikation mit den Landesstraßen: DK 11, DK 78. In
der Nähe von Tarnowskie Góry durchläuft die Autobahn A4, außerdem baut sich die Autobahn A1 aus. Durch Tarnowskie Góry durchläuft ein der größten europäischen Eisenbahnknoten und der größte
Rangierbahnhof für Warentransport (zwischen Süden und Norden
Polens) im Land. In dem Landkreis Tarnowskie Góry, 15 km von der
Stadt entfernt, befindet sich der Internationale Flughafen KatowicePyrzowice. Tarnowskie Góry zählt mehr als 60 Tsd. Einwohner. Die
Stadt besitzt eine große industrielle Tradition. In Tarnowskie Góry
werden fast 7000 Betriebe geleitet, darunter einige hundert mit ein
ausländischen Kapital.
Das angebotene Gelände ist vorteilhaft platziert in der direkten
Nachbarschaft der Ringautobahn, in der Nähe des Aquaparks.

Tarnowskie Góry is located in the south-west of Poland,
in the Silesian Voivodship. It is well linked to the European network
of transport. The city road network is well developed. Along with
the ring road, which bypasses the city centre, it provides efficient
communication linking the city with DK 11 and DK 78 trunk roads
running through the city area. In the vicinity of the city there is A4
motorway. Another motorway nearby – A1, is under construction.
Tarnowskie Góry, being one of the most important railway junction
points in Europe, is also one of the biggest country’s marshalling
yards. It is mainly used by freight trains carrying goods from
the south of Poland to its northern ports. In the distance of 15
kilometers from the city centre, there is Katowice- Pyrzowice
International Airport. The city has 60,000 inhabitants. It is proud of
its long industrial traditions. There are almost 7000 business entities
in Tarnowskie Góry, out of which a few hundred are companies with
foreign capital participation.
The area on offer has an attractive location in an immediate vicinity
of the ring road. It is located right next to the Waterpark (featuring
a set of swimming pools and slides). The expected development of
the land includes sports and leisure services ( sports hall, pitches,
tennis courts, sports tracks), commercial services (trade and
services).
