Martes Sport, a retail store which offers clothing, footware, and sport accessories of
leadingbrands,willbeanewtenantattheshoppingmallETCSwarzędzafteritsupgrade.
The store will lease nearly 700 square metres of space. The commercialisation was a
responsibilityofBOIG.
Theshoppingmallisexpectedtoopeninitsnewformatinthesecondhalfof2017.Itwill
offer 20 thousand square metres of floor space, accommodating 80 stores and service
outlets including Reserved, Intermarché, Pepco, CCC, Rossmann, Drogeria Natura, Empik,
RTV Euro AGD, Top Secret, Yes and Organic Farma, Mine Wine, Kids OK, Prestige Obuwie,
BiuroPodróżyJamajka,theItalianrestaurantDonLucciandtheflorist’sFlorist.ThenewETC
willalsoaccommodateafitnessclub,ahairdresser’s,abeautician’s,adrycleaner’s,aswellas
anextensivefoodcourt.
“We are glad that the commercial offer of the new ETC will allow the people of
Swarzędztoshopinstoreswhichwerepreviouslyunavailableattheirlocation.Both
Martes Sport and Reserved are new brands to Swarzędz,” said Marcin Juszczyk,
ManagementBoardMemberofGrupaCapitalPark.
TheupgradeofETCSwarzędzstartedinJuly2016andwillspanapproximately13months.
Themainobjectiveistoalignthepropertywiththelatesttrendsintradeandarchitecture.
Theshoppingmallwillfeaturespaciouspassagewaysandanextensivefoodcourt.Itwillget
anewfaçadeandconvenientinteriors.Thepropertywillaccommodatetheneedsofpeople
with disabilities and families with children. Visitors will have access to 750 free-of-charge
parkingplaces.
The project is implemented by a joint venture of Grupa Capital Park (investor) and Akron
Group(propertyowner).
