kupon odsetkowy. Kwota odsetek jest wypłacana na końcu okresu inwestycji niezależnie od rozwoju ceny
instrumentu bazowego. Dodatkowo Certyfikaty Odwrotnie Zamienne z Warunkowym Mechanizmem
Ochronnym mają wbudowaną barierę znajdującą się poniżej poziomu ceny wykonania, która jest obiektem
ciągłej obserwacji. Wykup zależy od ceny instrumentu bazowego: o ile przez cały okres życia produktu kurs
zamknięcia instrumentu bazowego znajduje się powyżej bariery, wykup Certyfikatu Odwrotnie Zamiennego
następuje po 100% wartości nominalnej.
Jeśli bariera została dotknięta lub przekroczona ORAZ jeśli w dacie ostatecznej wyceny kurs zamknięcia
instrumentu bazowego znajduje się poniżej ceny wykonania, Inwestor otrzymuje określoną liczbę akcji,
zdefiniowaną w odniesieniu do kwoty nominalnej na początku życia produktu. Wypłacana jest też różnica
wynikająca z "zaaokrąglenia" (niepodzielności akcji).
