Obowiązkowa opłata rejestracyjna dla Wystawcy: 200 PLN + należny
podatek VAT
(w ramach opłaty: identyfikatory „WYSTAWCA” w ilości określonej w
Regulaminie Uczestnictwa w Targach, 1 karta parkingowa,
bezprzewodowy dostęp do Internetu), 1 zaproszenie koktajl.
Obowiązkowa opłata rejestracyjna dla Współwystawcy: 130 PLN +
należny podatek VAT
(1 sztukę identyfikatora „WYSTAWCA”, 1 karta parkingowa,
bezprzewodowy dostęp do Internetu).
Bilet wstępu (od osoby):
20 PLN - bilet normalny
wstęp bezpłatny dla: kobiet, dzieci do 14 roku życia, posiadaczy
legitymacji Członka Honorowego PZHGP, posiadaczy zaproszeń
Bilety parkingowe:
- 15 PLN samochód osobowy
- 5 PLN motocykl
- 20 PLN bus
- 50 PLN autobus
Prices effective at the International Fair of Racing Pigeons 2016:
Obligatory registration fee for the Exhibitor: 200 PLN + legal VAT
(obligatory registration fee for Exhibitor includes: EXHIBITOR badges, 1
parking card, Wireless Internet Access), 1 invitation to the cocktail.
Obligatory registration fee for the Co-exhibitor: 130 PLN + legal VAT
(registration fee for the Co-Exhibitor include: 1 EXHIBITOR badges, 1
parking card, Wireless Internet Access)
Tickets:
- 20 PLN gross – normal ticket
- free entrance: women, children under 14 years old, honorary members
of the PZHGP during the Fair upon ID card presentation, guests with
invitations.
Parking fees:
- 15 PLN gross personal cars
- 5 PLN gross motorcycle
- 20 PLN gross minibus
- 50 PLN gross buses
Parking card:
- 40 PLN + legal VAT – valid from15 to 17 January 2016
Karta parkingowa:
- 40 PLN + należny podatek VAT – ważna w dniach 15-17 stycznia 2016r.
Additional Exhibitor badges:
- 15 PLN + legal VAT – valid from15 to 17 January 2016
Dodatkowy identyfikator Wystawca :

Expo Silesia does not guarantee the execution of orders placed 3 days
prior to the fair opening. Execution of such orders will depend on
availability of required equipment. The price of the execution of orders
placed 3 days prior to the fair opening will be increased by 30% of the
order value.
Expo Silesia nie gwarantuje wykonania zamówień złożonych na 3 dni
przed rozpoczęciem targów. Zamówienia takie będą realizowane w miarę
posiadanych zapasów wyposażenia, kwota wynikająca z takiego
zamówienia zostanie zwiększona o 30%.

Informacje dla Wykonawców Zabudowy
Opłata manipulacyjna dla firm zabudowujących wynosi 20 PLN + należny
podatek VAT za każdy 1 m2 zabudowywanej powierzchni.
Do wstępu uprawnia bezpłatny identyfikator ZABUDOWA oraz
potwierdzenie wpłaty opłaty manipulacyjnej.
Opłaty za przekroczenie terminu montażu i demontażu stoisk; wyłącznie
za zgodą Kierownika Pawilonu
- 240 PLN + należny podatek VAT/godzinę;
- dodatkowa opłata wynikająca z kosztów wynajęcia indywidualnej
Ochrony od Organizatora.
3.
Stand Constructor Information
Handling fee to be paid by stand construction companies – 20 PLN+ legal
VAT per 1 m² of the stand construction.
Entry authorization is granted on the basis of a free STAND
CONSTRUCTION badge and proof of payment of the handling fee.
Penalty fee for failure to meet the deadline of stand assembly and
dismantling - approval of Pavilion Manager is required:
240 PLN + legal VAT /h
- Additional fee covering the costs of individual security provided by the
Organizer
