Informacje o projekcie:
Volunteers tasks are mainly to support Fekete Sereg during the preparation and the
development of the volunteer days and other activities and for the management of the media.
The volunteers will be asked to support all the activities connected to the management of
Media and in our international work also. Recording the different Voice of Nagyvázsony.
The volunteers can participate in several other important tasks.
The daily routine of the volunteers: 13h30 Every day the volunteers arrive and start discussing
the day with the team of the association. The volunteers can give ideas and opinions about the
development of activities. After that they start with the work. Each day they finish work at
19h30. After finishing work they have free time.
An example for a week of a volunteer:
Monday: 10h30 language training. 13h30 Advertising the EVS in the region's schools
Tuesday: 13h30 helping the staff of the association in our youth center. 15h00 organizing
events for local youngsters.
Wednesday: 10h30 language training. 16.00 h editing the local newspaper and up-load the
news to our website, facebook, and youtube chanel. REcording the voice of the village.
Thursday: Brainstorming and building international relations. 15h00 preparing for Friday with
the mentor.
Friday: organize and realize the program with the local youth.
We have more volunteers in the same time. They work together but we would like them to
specialize in several areas.
The volunteers will have to make a film and take photos, we have youtube chanel. Recording
the voice of the vilage. We already have a digital camera, dictaphone and the volunteer will
be taught to use the video camera and dictaphone by an expert.
The volunteer help to in Media, to work with audio and video materials produced for and
during our volunteer days, and programs. He/she can establish and maintain the contacts with
the users of Media (other associations), to promote Media activities on a local and
international level. The volunteers help us in the local newspaper. We will open, and start a
new column with the volunteer's ideas, if she/he will have any. She/he can learn how to edit a
newspaper with the help of the Publisher program on the computer, and practice using the
word processor in general; make interviews with the people in the village.
We are runing an aftenoon school with children 6-20 years old. We have 30 pupils who are
coming not everyday all of them. We are rending a cultural house and we don't have cleaning
staff we are also cleaning our place together.
I our staff we have: 1 international coordinator, 1 EVS coordinator (exEVS) 2 employees,
Now we will host 4 volunteers for 1 year:
- Nolwenn (girl) from France 7/04/2015-06/04/2016;
- Sophia (girl) from Germany 01/09/2015 - 31/09/2016;
- from Poland 01/09/2015 - 31/08/2016
- from Romania 01/09/2015 - 31/08/2015
They can join the local and regional youth organization, be in close connection with the local
youth. There are different sports facilities for keeping fit, gym, table tennis, table football,
walking, cycling.
The volunteers will have the weekends off. The volunteers will have normal holidays during
Christmas, Easter and other public Hungarian holiday/days.
They will have the possibility to take part in Fekete Sereg activities, training sessions
(Hungarian language and culture classes will take place regularly during their stay).

Organizatorzy zapewniają zakwaterowanie, szkolenia w ramach projektu EVS (on-arrival
oraz mid-term training), kieszonkowe, wyżywienie(bądź pieniądze na jedzenie) oraz zwrot
kosztów podróży w kwocie 275 €.
