Sprężyny gazowe serii SG-M są łączone w systemy w specjalnych płytach. Eliminuje to problem
rozkładu siły, zwłaszcza tam, gdzie występuje znaczny nacisk i duża częstotliwość taktów narzędzia.
Sprężyny serii SG-M są wkręcane bezpośrednio do płyty i porzez system kanałów w płycie wszystkie
sprężyny są połączone ze sobą, dzięki czemu działają jak naczynia połączone. Przekazują dzięki
temu równe siły. Ciśnienie całego układu jest regulowane przy użyciu podłączonego do płyty panelu
sterowania.
Wykonanie kanałów w płycie, łączących poszczególne sprężyny, musi być ściśle dostosowane do
wymaganych ilości azotu w układzie, co pozwoli uniknąć zbyt dużego ciśnienia i zapewni właściwe
działanie systemu.
Do wykonania płyt zaleca się stosowanie dokładnie przetestowanych materiałów bez jakichkolwiek

SG-M gas springs for the collector plates in this section solve problems that an elastic organ could
have in the transmission of force, that need considerable power and working strokes.
The gas springs are directly screwed into place on the plate, and they are connected by means of
collector holes. They can thus transmit equal forces. Pressure system regulation is carried out by means
a control panel, adapted to the plate.
The execution of various interconnected holes has to correspond with the calculated volume of gas
necessary to avoid overpressure and guarantee a proper functioning.
In plate manufacture, ultrasonic tested materials without fissures and porosities should be used.
