LECTURE Introduction to the topic of intellectual capital. Structure of intellectual capital – human capital
and structural capital. Context of intellectual capital considerations. Lisbon Strategy. Knowledge-based
economy. Knowledge management-knowledge as the factor for organizational changes. Impotrance of
intellectual capital in contemporary organization-information stakeholders about knowledge resources.
Connections of intellectual capital with accounting. Model of intellectual capital management, Scandia
Navigator. Measurement and evaluation of intellectual capital. Creation of intellectual capital. intellectual
