REGULATIONS
The final text of these Supplementary Regulations
shall be the English version, which shall be used
should any dispute arise as to their interpretation.
Headings in this document are for ease of reference
only and do not form part of these Supplementary
Regulations.
Article 1 – Organisation
The Competition, which has the status of an
International Competition, shall be run in conformity
with:
- the International Sporting Code ("the Code") and its
Appendices,
- the National Sporting Code where applicable,
- the official FIA Bulletins,
- the General Prescriptions applicable to International
Hill Climb Competitions
- the Sporting Regulations of the FIA European Hill
Climb Championship (“the Sporting Regulations”),
and
- these Supplementary Regulations.

Registration procedure and entry form
The on-line entry form must be obtained directly from
the Organiser's website.
In order to be taken into consideration, the entry form,
duly dated and signed by the Driver and the
Competitor, must be sent to the Organiser before the
closing date.
Rejections, Withdrawals:
In the event that an entry is rejected or the
Competition is cancelled, the entry fees shall be
reimbursed in full.
In case of withdrawal for reasons of force majeure
(no-show
for
administrative
checking
and
scrutineering) after the publication of the list of
entries, 50% of the base entry fees shall be
reimbursed to the Competitor(s), subject to receipt of
a written request.

Characteristics of the Competition:
a) Number of free practice heats: 3
b) Number of official practice heats: 2
c) Number of official race heats: 2
d) Any Driver must mandatorily complete at least one
practice heat in order to be allowed to start the race.
Special cases shall be submitted to the stewards.
e) Driver classifications shall be established by
combining the times of each Driver’s two best race
heats.
Licence requirements:
Drivers: Car driving licence and Grade A, B, C, D or R
International Licence.

Article 3 – Eligible cars – Groups and Categories
3.1 Category 1 – Production cars:
The Competition is open to cars holding a national
technical passport and complying with the prescriptions
of FIA Appendix J (unless otherwise indicated) for the
following groups:
Group N
Production cars, including Group R1.
Group A
Touring cars, including World Rally Cars, Super 1600
and cars from Groups R2 and R3.
Group S20
Super 2000 cars (Circuit and Rally combined),
including Groups R4 and R5.
Group GT
Grand Touring cars (GT3 and RGT combined).
3.2 Category 2 – Competition cars:
The Competition is open to cars holding a national
technical passport and complying with the prescriptions
of FIA Appendix J (unless otherwise indicated) for the
following groups:
Group D/E2-SS (Single-seater)
International Formula or Free Formula single-seater
racing cars with a cylinder capacity of 3000cm3 or
below.

Two-seater production sports cars, open or closed,
with a cylinder capacity of 3000cm3 or below.

Article 4 – Obligations of Participants
Competition numbers:
The Organiser shall provide each participant with at
least two sets of Competition numbers, which must be
clearly displayed on both sides of the vehicle
throughout the Competition. Vehicles without their
correct Competition numbers shall not be allowed to
take the start.

to theses Regulations.
Advertising:
The Organiser has made the following advertising
arrangements:
- Logo of the "Championship": positioning according
to the Appendix to the Sporting Regulations
- Other: to be announced by the Organiser by bulletin.
- Organiser additional advertising: positioning
according to the Appendix 3 of these Supplementary
Regulations.

- Accident insurance - coverage in the event of
permanent damage to the health of 15 000 PLN
(€3523 approx.) for members of the organizer
personnel.
The Organiser's third party insurance is valid for the
entire duration of the Competition, not only during
official practice and race heats but also for travelling
from the parking area to the course of the
Competition and back.

PLN (€116 904,00 approx.) for the event.
Appeal fee set by the ASN: €580 (2500 PLN).
International appeal fee (FIA): €6000.
Any protest must be lodged in accordance with the
prescriptions of the Code. Protests must be made in
writing and given to the clerk of the course or to his
assistant, or in their absence to a steward,
accompanied by the requisite protest fees.
If the protest requires the dismantling and reassembly of various parts of a car, the claimant must
also pay a deposit which shall be set by the stewards.
Competitors have the right to appeal, as established
in Articles 15.1 to 15.4 of the Code and as provided
for in the regulations of the International Court of
Appeal.

9.2 In special justified cases the organiser will allow
additional administrative checks and scrutineering
after 19:30 on 08.07.2016 for an additional 300 PLN
(€70 approx) payment.
9.3 The dates and place of subsequent stewards
meetings will be established at the first meeting and
will be published on the official notice board.

9.5 All the competitors/drivers are required to use a
protective sheet under their cars, to prevent damage
and pollution of the ground by petroleum-derived
materials.

9.6 All competitors are obliged to keep a fire
extinguisher, with min. of 4 kg of extinguishing agent,
within immediate reach of their service positions.
8.2 Special prizes

a) Prizes shall be awarded regardless of the number
of Drivers who take the start.
b) All trophies and cash prizes are cumulative and
may be combined with one another and with other
prizes awarded by the Organisers in the other jointlyorganised Competitions.
c) Awarding of prizes:

9.4 At all times during the Competition the maximum
speed limit inside the Service Park is 30 km/h. Any
breach of the speed limit, by the competitor/driver or
his team personnel, within the confines of the
Competition park, will be treated as an offence and a
penalty will be imposed, determined by the Stewards.
9.7 Each competitor/driver who attends the Awards
ceremony is obliged to present him/herself clothed in
the appropriate Motor Sport outfit with overalls
buttoned/zipped and with the correct footwear.
In addition competitors and their Team members are
obliged to behave in a proper manner during the
Award Ceremony.

Article 9 – Additional provisions by the Organiser
9.1 All documents deposited with the Competition
Secretariat may be collected by competitors in Parc
Fermé after the last race heat. Withdrawn competitors
must collect documents from the Competition
Secretariat. In the case of non collected documents,
the Organiser will return the documents for a fee of
