Instruction of uploading the MSc thesis into the university student database 1. After logging in the eStudent system – with the access data (login, password) got from the dean’s office at the beginning of your study 2. You should select option “Dane ogólne” (General data), and then “Egazminy dyplomowe” (Diploma exams) from the menu on the left side of the screen. 3. Press button “Praca dyplomowa” (Diploma thesis) under the table with the diploma exam data. 4. In the upper part of the form there is a filed “Streszczenie pracy” (Thesis abstract). You should write the abstract text in this field. The abstract should be in Polish, and comprise at least 10% of the thesis text length (content). 5. Then you should upload the following files with the thesis text: 5.1. Editable version = “Wersja edytowalna” – as a file in one of the following formats: doc, docx, rtf, odt; 5.2. 5.3. Printable version = “Wersja do druku” – as a pdf file Optional: attachments = “Załączniki” – in any format and number – if your thesis has any attachments. 6. In order to attach (upload) a certain file, you should press button “Wybierz plik” (Select file) from a corresponding section. Then select a file from the dialog box. NOTE: the total size of all the attached files must not exceed 2 GB! 7. After uploading the files, you should confirm “Oświadczenie” = Statement about the genuine character of the thesis electronic version – compared with the paper version submitted to the dean’s office. You should select the box, and then press button “Zatwierdź” (Confirm). After confirming the thesis, you should print the Statement (Oświadczenie”) as a pdf file with button “Pobierz oświadczenie” (Download statement), sign it and submit to the dean’s office. 8. Until the final exam you can use the form for loading electronic version of thesis, in order to attach new versions of files, delete selected files, or download the files loaded earlier. In case of any problems with uploading the thesis files, please contact the dean’s office. To help you with this, we must have all the files required on CD.
