Czas ten tworzymy za pomocą czasowników posiłkowych have/has been i
czasownika głównego z końcówką -ing, jak w powyższych przykładach.
Używamy go żeby opisać:

czynności lub sytuacje, które trwają od pewnego momentu, np.:
They have been going out together for a couple of months now.

Czynności lub sytuacje, które są przyczyną obecnego stanu rzeczy, np.:
