OGÓLNE WARUNKI REZERWACJI / GENERAL RESERVATION’S CONDITIONS
REZERWACJE NIE GWARANTOWANE I GWARANTOWANE
Rezerwacja nie gwarantowana ważna jest do godziny 18.00 planowanego dnia przyjazdu gościa.
Istnieje możliwość dokonania rezerwacji gwarantowanej, która zachowuje ważność do godziny 12.00 dnia następnego .
Aby zagwarantować pokój po godzinie 18.00 należy podać numer karty kredytowej, datę jej ważności oraz nazwisko
okaziciela karty.
ANULACJA REZERWACJI
Rezerwacje gwarantowane mogą być anulowane najpóźniej do godziny 18.00 w dniu planowanego przyjazdu. W
przypadku późniejszej anulacji hotel zastrzega sobie prawo obciążenia zleceniodawcy kosztami pierwszej
niewykorzystanej doby oraz anulowania dalszego ciągu rezerwacji.
FORMA PŁATNOŚCI
Płatność za zakwaterowanie oraz wszelkie dodatkowe usługi takie jak: parking, połączenia telefoniczne powinna być
uregulowana indywidualnie przez gości przed wyjazdem gotówką lub kartą kredytową.
GWARANCJA PŁATNOŚCI
Podczas meldowania gościa, hotel pobiera zaliczkę w wysokości kwoty stanowiącej równowartość należności za
zakwaterowanie oraz depozyt w kwocie 100,- zł za dobę, na poczet usług dodatkowych świadczonych przez hotel. W
przypadku nie korzystania przez gościa z usług dodatkowych, podczas jego wymeldowania z hotelu nastąpi zwrot
pobranego depozytu.

GUARANTEED AND NOT GUARANTEED RESERVATION
The reservation is valid till 6.00 pm on the arrival day.
There is a possibility to make a guaranteed reservation valid till noon of the following day of the reservation. To
guarantee your room for late arrival after 6.00 pm you required to provide us with details of your credit card (number,
its expiry date and holder name).
CANCELLATION
Guaranteed reservations can be canceled till 6.00 pm the latest on the arrival day. In case of later cancellation the hotel
reserves the right to charge the institution account for the first night and cancel further reservation.
WAY OF PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation and other additional services, such parking, telephone should be regulated individually by
guests in cash or by credit card at the reception desk
PAYMENT GUARANTEE
The deposit as a form of guarantee of payment is required upon check in time. The deposit is calculated as the amount
covering the charges for accommodation for the entire stay as well as amount of 100,- PLN for incidental charges (like
telephone, mini-bar, restaurant).
