ACADEMIC CALENDAR 2012/2013:
1) winter semester, from 1st October 2012 r. to 17th
February 2013 r.,
2) summer semester, from 18th February 2013 r. to 30th
September 2013 r.
DEADLINE:
Application deadline for WINTER AND SUMMER semester: June 30th
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
We need first the nomination of the HOME university. Once we have been provided with the
contact details of the nominated students, we will contact them directly to provide them with
all necessary forms and information about application.
Students are asked to complete the forms, print and ask authorized people to sign them and
send by ordinary post to:

For an application we need:
1.Student Application Form
2.Learning agreement
3.Transcript of records

Once we have received originals of all necessary documents, if our faculties coordinators
accept the proposed Learning agreement, we will send a copy of signed document back to the
International/Erasmus office of the respective Home University. The student will get an
information package to her/his home address.
Please make sure that upon arrival you have got:

photo on CD (you may send it to [email protected]) –please remember,
photo must have proper size!
identity document to be copied,
certificate of your Erasmus status - from Erasmus office of your university),
health insurance (European Health Insurance Card EHIC),
health certificate.

POLISH LANGUAGE COURSE
We offer a Polish language course for beginners, starting from October (for the whole winter
and summer semester – if the students wishes to continue). The course is free of charge, you
may get ECTS points at the end of the course.

INRODUCTION DAY
Last day of September we organize an Introduction Day for all Incoming students (with the
guided trip around Wrocław).
