Centre for Research and European Education Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Poland Jean Monnet Chair at the Department for European Integration Research Faculty of Political Science and Journalism, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan Poznan section of the Polish Association for European Studies invite you to an expert seminar entitled "COMMON FOREIGN AND SECURITY POLICY IN CRISIS CHALLENGES AND FUTURE SCENARIOS" which will be held on May 24, 2016 The Faculty of Political Science and Journalism, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Ul. Umultowska 89a, room 43 ground floor). The purpose of the meeting is to exchange opinions and views and presentation of research results on the achievements, experiences and challenges related to the development of a Common Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union. We intend to engage in discussion within the following topics: - The consequences of instability in the immediate neighborhood of Europe from the point of view of the interests / risk of the individual Member States, - The most significant difficulties in the decision-making process of the CFSP, - Barriers and conditions for the development of the European Union with regard to increasing competition from international actors, - Desirable and possible directions of changes in the legal and institutional system of the EU with regard to new threats, - The balance of achievements and major challenges for the CFSP The intention of the organizers of special interest we would like to make these issues, which will allow us to formulate forecasts and recommendations related to the possible influence of Poland and Federal Republic of Germany on the further development of this policy. 9. 30 Registration of participants 10:00 Opening ceremony Prof. dr hab. Sobieski going to the tram last stop - tram line 10, 12, 14,). Next to the os. Jan III Sobieski go by the railroad tracks, and then passing the Faculty of History and go further to the university campus Morasko. The road from the railway station by tram takes approx. 15 min., And from the loop to the building of the Faculty of approximately 5-7 minutes.
