Abstract: The first part of the article includes the introduction to the cycle of articles under the above-mentioned
title, then discusses the getting warm of cables and conductors in result of passage of current and defines the following notions: the analytical ambient temperature, the
terminal temperature admissible for a long time, the terminal temperature admissible temporarily and the boundary temperature by shorting, discusses the principles of
selection of the conductors and cables considering the
long-term permissible current-carrying capacity and overload capacity.

certyfikatów w krajowym systemie certyfikacyjnym, program certyfikacji CB w ogólnoświatowym systemie IECEE, program certyfikacji w europejskim systemie CCA
i program certyfikacji na znak BBJ  HAR  .
Abstract: It was presented in this paper the history of
Searching Office for matters of Quality (BBJ) in Association of the Polish Electrical Engineers (SEP), then it was
presented the kinds of certificates in the national system
of certificate, the programme of certification CB in worldwide system of IECEE, programme of certification in the
European CCA system and programme of certification on
sign BBJ  HAR  .

Jerzy Gryta: Preparation of prognoses with selected types
of the neural networks
Streszczenie: W artykule omówiono sporządzanie prognoz wybranymi typami sieci neuronowych z wykorzystaniem różnych algorytmów uczących oraz metodami
statystycznymi. Następnie autor przedstawia wyniki prognoz uzyskane dla różnych algorytmów uczących w sieciach neutronowych MLP. We wnioskach końcowych
autor podsumowuje skuteczność poszczególnych algorytmów uczących sieć typu MLP a także innych testowanych metod prognostycznych.
Abstract: It was presented in this paper the preparation
of prognoses with selected types of the neural networks
with utilization of varied teaching algorithms and with statistical methods. Then, the Author presents the results of
prognoses which were obtained for the varied teaching
algorithms in the neural networks type MLP. The Author
discusses in the conclusion the efficiency of each teaching algorithms in the neural networks type MLP and other
testing methods of forecasting.

Andrzej Lange, Marian Pasko: Influence of mining
and metallurgical loads on some parameters of the quality
of electrical energy and possibilities of its improvement.
(Part 1st)
Streszczenie: W artykule opisano wpływ maszyn wyciągowych stosowanych w kopalniach na wybrane parametry jakości energii elektrycznej. Przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów wyższych harmonicznych prądów i napięć
w głównej stacji transformatorowej (GST) oraz w rozdzielni maszyn wyciągowych (RMW). Zaprezentowano
również wyniki pomiaru mocy pobieranych przez te
urządzenia. Porównano zastosowanie przekształtników
sześciopulsowych i dwunastopulsowych w tych maszynach. Przeanalizowano wpływ przekształtnika dwunasto
pulsowego na wybrane parametry jakości energii elektrycznej w dwóch stanach pracy tego przekształtnika tj.
pracy prądnicowej i silnikowej.
Abstract: The influence of winding machines used in coal
mines on some parameters of the quality of electrical energy is described in the paper. There are presented the
measurement results of the higher harmonics of currents
and voltages in the main transformer station (MTS) as
well as in the winding machine station (WMS). There are
also given the measurement results of the power consumed by these devices. Application of six-and twelve pulse inverters to these machines was compared. It was
analysed the influence of twelve-pulse inverter on selected parameters of the quality of electrical energy in two
operating conditions of this inverter, that is in generator
and motor operation.

Antoni Sawicki: Simulating processes in the circuit
of the arc with the high thermal radiation using the modified Cassie model.
Streszczenie: Wskazano podstawowe przyczyny po-
szukiwań zmodyfikowanych i nowych modeli matematycznych łuku rozszerzających możliwości symulowania
procesów w urządzeniach elektrotechnologicznych.
Przedstawiono podstawowe efekty emisji i absorpcji
promieniowania plazmy w kolumnie łukowej. Opisano
sposoby modyfikacji modeli Cassiego przez wprowadzenie charakterystyk promieniowania cieplnego plazmy. Zaimplementowano te modele w programie MATLAB-Simulink. Wykonano symulacje procesów w obwodach ze zmodyfikowanymi modelami łuku. Wykazano
przydatność opracowanych modeli do obliczania stanów
pracy urządzeń elektrotechnologicznych z łukiem o
podwyższonej intensywnosci promieniowania.
Abstract: The main reasons of searching for the modified
and new mathematical models of arc extending capabilities of processes simulation in electrotechnological devices have been indicated. The basic effects of plasma radiation emission and absorption in arc column have been
shown. The methods for modification of Cassie models by
introducing plasma heat radiation characteristics have
been described. The implementation of these models
have been done in the MATLAB-Simulink application.
The simulation of processes in circuits with modified arc
models have been performed. The usefulness of the developed models has been proved to calculate operating
conditions of electrotechnological devices with the arc
with increased radiation intensity.

Streszczenie: W artykule przedstawiono rezultaty badań
Abstract: The paper has presented results of the
experimental studies of the arc discharge of alternating
current in the sodium discharge lamp. It was estimated
the distribution of parameters of the mathematical model
arc depending on the external static magnetic field. It was
given the implementation of the arc model in the MatlabSimulink programme. The results of the experimental
research were compared with the simulation of feed
system of the lamp . It was proved the usefulness of the
model to calculate the electrical circuits with the sodium
discharge lamps.

od zewnętrznego stałego pola magnetycznego. Podano
implementację modelu łuku w programie MatlabSimulink. Porównano wyniki badań eksperymentalnych i
symulacji układu zasilania lampy. Stwierdzono przydatność modelu do obliczania obwodów elektrycznych z
lampami sodowymi.

Abstract: The article presents the requirements concerning the construction and utilization of the cranes for firebrigades whicht are used in rescue operation during the
fire. These cranes have to work during the fire and in this
connection the feed system of the crane must supply
electric power during the time duration of rescue operation. In the article was given, among other things, the
analytic method of the right selection of the cross-section
of supply conductors for the motor of crane destined for
fire-brigades.

pożaru, w związku z czym układ zasilania dźwigu musi

ratowniczej. Podano m.in. analityczny sposób właściwego doboru przekroju przewodów zasilających silnik
dźwigu przeznaczonego dla ekip ratowniczych.
