6-8 września 2013 roku

4. Eligibility:
- all players will be qualified to the appropriate age categories according to point 1.2 of the
Polish Table Tennis Federation Regulation for the season 2013/2014.
- entries for the singles and doubles should be made till 4 September 2013 21:00 GMT at
late
- the entry fee should be paid after accreditation in the amount of 80 PLN
- players don’t have to posses any veteran license
- competition will be played with the following age categories:
women:
40-49 (1965-1974), 50-59 (1955-1964), 60 and older (1954 and older),
men:
40-49 (1965-1974), 50-59 (1955-1964), 60-64 (1950-1954),
65-69 (1945-1949), 70-74 (1940-1944), 75-79 (1935-1939),
80 and older (1934 and older)
5. Format of play:
- according to the Polish Table Tennis Federation Regulations for the season 2013/2014;
singles:
I stage: groups
II stage: all players from positions 1-2 will qualify to the main draw with possibility of 2
loses; players from positions 3-5 will play consolation tournament,
doubles: without groups.
- at least 8 players or 8 double pairs must be entered for each age categories. If this
condition is not fulfilled organizers might mixed players from another age categories.

- singles: qualifications
- Opening Ceremony
- from 09:00 - 18:30

Saturday - 7 September 2013
- singles: main draw and consolations, doubles
- integrating party in Slavia Hotel.
- from 10:00 - 13.00
- from 13:30
Sunday - 8 September 2013
- singles and doubles: semifinals and finals
- Awarding Ceremony
The detailed Schedule will be prepared on 3th September 2013.
7. Equipment
- competition will be played on 16 tables of the Butterfly company and with the 3-stars
Butterfly balls.
8. Entries:
- the deadline to send the entries for singles and double is 4 September 2013 21:00

- all participants either may use the catering outside or use recomended catering in the
Slavia Hotel Promenada Gwiazd 34 str., 72-500 Międzyzdroje www.hotelslavia.pl :
breakfasts, lunches, dinners – 15 PLN
11. Integrating party
- - On Saturday 7 September 2013 at 20:00 all players are invited for VETERAN’S PARTY,
which will be held in Slavia Hotel, Promenada Gwiazd 34 str, 72-500 Międzyzdroje,
- the fee for VETERAN’S PARTY is 40 PLN, dinner included (grilling food, beer, tea, good
music, special effects, barbecue on beach, party till the sun rise).
12. Prizes
- the players from medal positions will get the trophies.
