Oakville, Ontario, Kanada Consultant with 40+ years of engineering, research and academic experience (M.Sc., Ph.D., P.Eng.) specializing in: • Licensing of nuclear reactors (regulations/requirements of Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), European Utility Requirements (EUR), Western European Nuclear Regulators’ Association (WENRA), Polish Atomic Agency (PAA), and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)); • Thermalhydraulics of nuclear power reactors (LWR & PHWR) and reactors for medical radioisotopes production; • Safety design and safety analysis of nuclear reactors; • Theoretical, computational, experimental and applied aspects of heat transfer and fluid mechanics; • Designing, assembling and performance of marine power plants.
