SECOND COLLECTION FOR SHARELIFE
is being taken up today, June 1st . It is the third and final collection taken up
this year for ShareLife. “Give, and it shall be given to you; good
measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, shall they
pour into your lap. For with what measure you measure, it shall be
measured to you.” (Luke 6:38) Give with compassion and generosity
next Sunday, June 8th, 2008 the Knights of Columbus of Pope John Paul II
Council #13811 will be selling “Roses for Life”. All proceeds will go to Birth
Right Inc., a pro-life organization that gives practical assistance to single
mothers.
XIX INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF RELIGIOUS SONG
November 15-16, 2008, at the John Paul II Cultural Centre, 4300 Cawthra
Road, Mississauga. The theme of the festival is: “You will receive power
when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be my
witnesses” (Acts 1:8). All participants are encouraged to write their own

GOOD SHEPHERD CENTRE IS IN NEED OF MEN'S CLOTHING

CYCLONE NARGIS RELIEF & CHINA EARTHQUAKE RELIEF
