International Motor Championships of Uniform Services of the Polish Motor
Association (polski Zwbp;ek Motorowy - PZM) "UNIFORM-MOTOR-RALLY 2011 n is
a car and motorcycle event for active and retired officers of uniform services, members of
IPA and IPMC, members of clubs associated in PZM with paid membership fees and
members of Uniform Motor Club of the Republic of Poland (Mundurowy Klub Motorowy
Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej - MKMRP).
The aim of organization of IMCUS is to improve the driving skills, integration of uniform
services, improvement and propagation ofroad safety and determining the best contestants
and granting them the titles of individual and team International Motor Champion of
Uniform Services of PZM, IPA and IPMC.
The event is prepared as the Final of International Motor Championships of Uniform Services
of PZM in 2011 and must fulfil the requirements of this regulations and be accepted by the
Regional Board ofPZM in Bydgoszcz.
For Polish teams International Motor Championships of Uniform Services will include
regional eliminations stage and the f"mal.
Foreign participants should be entered by 1.09.2011. Foreign IPA and IPMC clubs may be
represented by 2-men teams. Only one 2-men team may represent each national section of
IPA and every club associated in IPMC in the UNIFORM-MOTOR-RALLY 2011 Final.
Final in Torun
The Final of International Motor Championships of Uniform Services "Uniform Motor Rally
2011" is organized and run by the Board ofMKMRP in Torun on 17 and 18.09.2011.
Trials ofthe fmal in TOrull will be performed by all participants using cars, motorcycle and an
ATV supplied by the organizer and shall take place by the Motoarena speedway stadium:
1. Skid test
2. Steward test
3 Skid-car test
4. Car driving skills test
5. Motorcycle driving skills test
6. ATV driving skills test
7. Sport pistol shooting Shooting competition will probably take place at a roofed shooting range SKS FALCO II in TOrull at ul. Grunwaldzka 25b. The organizer reserves the right to change the skill tests and the way they are conducted. Organizers of Championships:

Media coverage of the event: TVP-3, Telewizja Kablowa Torun, Radio Wawa, Radio Gra, Polskie Radio PIK, "Teraz Torun", Gazeta "Nowosci", "Gazeta Pomorska", - person responsible for media coverage - Jacek Beszczynski Rules of the championships shall be established under the supervision of the Regional Board of PZM in Bydgoszcz. The championships are open for active and retired officers of uniform services: Police, CBA (Central Corruption prevention Agency), CBS (Central Investigation Agency), the Polish Army, Fire Department, Border Guards, Prison Service, etc. and members of the MKMRP regardless of their service. Participants of the fmal from foreign clubs shall be admitted to participate in the competition after presenting a valid club membership card. Accommodation for foreign participants shall be provided by the organizer at the Kopernik Hotel in Torun. Participants of the final shall compete for the following titles: - International Motor Champion ofUnifonn Services, PZM, IPA, IPMC, - International Team Motor Champions of Uniform Services, PZM, IPA, IPMC, - Best Marksman of Uniform Services, PZM, IPA, IPMC.
