DOM BEZ ŻARÓWKI
W komórce projektowej firmy KLUŚ, w roku 2006 opracowano i wdrożono do produkcji system opraw – profili
umożliwiający łatwe projektowanie i stosowanie małogabarytowych źródeł światła LED. To opracowanie ułatwiło
i upowszechniło możliwości realizacyjne wobec zapotrzebowania na małogabarytowe źródła światła.
Oprawy – profile do źródeł światła LED, służą do mocowania tego typu oświetlenia dla takich dziedzin jak: meblarstwo,
architektura, scenografia, reklama, wzornictwo użytkowe, wystawiennictwo, (ekspozycje sklepowe, muzealne,
targowe itp.) Rozwiązania opraw liniowych KLUŚ wytyczyły standardy w tej dziedzinie i znajdują dzisiaj wielu
naśladowców. W firmie KLUŚ trwają stale prace nad rozwojem i udoskonalaniem rozwiązań dla opraw światła LED.
W roku 2009 firma opracowała, sfinansowała i zbudowała pierwszy budynek w całości oświetlony światłem LED
w znaczeniu oświetlenia funkcjonalnego – zwany „Domem bez żarówek”.
Światło LED to duża oszczędność energii, co właściwie wpisuje je w światowe programy ochrony środowiska.
HOUSE WITHOUT BULBS
In 2006 the KLUS Company team developed and manufactured a new fixture system – profiles. The new lighting
system facilitated and popularized a number of applications that require compact lighting solutions.
LED profiles are designed to be mounted into elements applied in: interior design, architecture, furniture, scenography,
advertisement, industrial design, exhibits (shop displays, museum exhibits etc.). KLUS Company continuously develops
and improves new LED lighting system solutions.
In 2009 the company designed, financed and built the first building that is lit exclusively with LEDs – so called
“House without bulbs”.
LED lighting is highly energy efficient which qualifies it for recognition as an environment friendly product under
the Environment Protection Programs.
DAS HAUS OHNE GLÜHLAMPE
Um den Bedarf an kleindimensionierten, architektonischen Leuchten abzudecken entwickelte die Projektabteilung
der Firma Klus im Jahre 2006 ein System von Aluminiumprofilen. Diese Profile sollten die Planung und Installation von
Lichtsystemen erleichtern und vereinfachen.
Als Lichtquelle werden hauptsächlich LED Bändern oder LED Streifen in die Profile eingelegt.
Die Aluminiumprofile zeichnen sich durch ein weites Anwendungsgebiet im gewerblichen und privaten Bereich
aus, wie Ausstellungen und Produktpräsentationen im Groß- und Einzelhandel, Museen, Messen, Werbeflächen,
Szenografie, Gebäudebeleuchtung sowie für den Möbeleinbau und vieles mehr.
Die linearen Profile von KLUS haben in diesem Bereich Standards gesetzt und finden heute viele Nachahmer.
Das Profilsystem wird kontinuierlich von der Firma Klus weiter entwickelt, dabei wird insbesondere viel Wert auf die
Verbesserung der Handhabe und der Lichtqualität gelegt.

Demontaż opraw należy wykonać stosując dźwignię i podważając oprawę za kołnierze po obu
stronach bezpośrednio przy zatrzaskach.
Demontaż opraw może spowodować ich odkształcenie.
W zastosowaniach zewnętrznych w oprawach POR należy stosować diody wodoodporne lub oprawy uszczelnione. W poręczach należy wykonać otwory umożliwiające ujście dla wody z jej wnętrza.

Removing the fixture can cause their deformation.

Zawieszki bez mocownika wymagają wykonania odpowiednich nawierceń dla posadowienia śruby. Te miejsca trzeba wcześniej precyzyjnie
przewidzieć, są one uzależnione od długości modułów pasków LED. Paski LED do profilu z tymi zawieszkami należy wklejać po wkręceniu
śrub mocujących. Zawieszki z mocownikiem nie wymagają wykonywania wierceń w profilu, ich umiejscowienie na nim jest dowolne.
Przy zastosowaniu tych zawieszek paski LED można wklejać do profilu w dowolnym momencie.

Fasteners without a mounting bracket require suitable holes for the fitting of the screw. Their position should be accurately calculated
beforehand; they depend on the length of the LED strip modules. LED strips for the profiles with such fasteners should be mounted to the
extrusion after the mounting screws have been screwed in. Fasteners with a mounting bracket do not need to have the holes drilled in the
profile and their position on the profile is free. While applying these fasteners, the LED strip can be fixed within the profile at any time.

Die Befestigung ohne Befestigungsklammern erfordert geeignete Löcher für die Schraube. Die Position muss vorher genau ausgemessen werden.

Instalacja przy pomocy puszek i muf hermetycznych oraz odpowiednich przewodów może być prowadzona w ziemi, trawniku, pod ciągami
komunikacyjnymi itp. Wodoszczelność puszek i muf zapewnia odpowiednia ich konstrukcja. Według uznania można dodatkowo
zabezpieczać połączenia przewodów przed wilgocią, wypełniając puszki lub mufy masą sylikonową, po zmontowaniu przewodów.
Wykonywanie połączeń i rozgałęzień przewodów w puszkach hermetycznych KLUŚ nie wymaga użycia specjalistycznych narzędzi.
Puszki i mufy hermetyczne przystosowane są do przewodów dwużyłowych, z izolacją o przekroju okrągłym o średnicach zewnętrznych od 6 mm
do 9 mm. Przy ich zastosowaniu można prowadzić przewody zasilające napięciem 12 V i 24 V.
EN Installation, using the waterproof splitters or couplers and suitable cables, can be performed in the ground, lawn, under walkways, etc.
Waterproof level of splitters and couplers is ensured by their special design. You can further secure the cable connections from
moisture by filling the splitters or couplers with silicone paste after the cables have been assembled.
Making connections and branching of cables in KLUŚ hermetic boxes does not require any special tools.
Waterproof splitters and couplers are designed for two-wire cables with insulation of outer diameters from 6 mm to 9 mm. If the above are
applied, you can lead power cables with voltage 12 V and 24 V.
DE Die Installation mit den wasserdichten Verteilern und Kupplungen kann im Rasen oder im Boden unter Gehwegen durchgeführt werden.
Die Wasserdichtigkeit wird durch ihre spezielle Konstruktion erreicht. Eine noch größere Sicherheit erreicht man , wenn man die Verteiler oder
Kupplungen mit Silikonpaste auff üllt Um die Montage auszuführen, werden keine speziellen Werkzeuge benötigt.
Die wasserdichten Verteiler und Kupplungen sind zum Anschluss von zweiadrigen Kabeln mit einem Außendurchmesser von 4-10 mm geeignet.
Die zulässigen Spannungen betragen 12V und 24V.

W komórce projektowej firmy KLUŚ, w roku 2006, opracowano i wdrożono do produkcji system opraw – profili,
umożliwiający łatwe projektowanie i stosowanie małogabarytowych źródeł światła led. To opracowanie z pewnością
ułatwi i upowszechni możliwości realizacyjne wobec zapotrzebowania na małogabarytowe źródła światła.
Oprawy – profile do źródeł światła typu LED, służą do mocowania tego typu oświetlenia w takich dziedzinach jak:
meblarstwo, architektura wnętrz, scenografia, reklama, wzornictwo użytkowe, wystawiennictwo (ekspozycje
sklepowe, muzealne, targowe itp.).
Oprawy – profile oznaczone symbolem MDF, wykonane są z materiału MDF, z przeznaczeniem
do zastosowań wewnętrznych. Nie mogą być poddawane permanentnemu działaniu wilgoci. Idealnie
nadają się do stosowania w meblarstwie, wystawiennictwie, scenografii itp.
Oprawy – profile oznaczone symbolem ALU, wykonane są z aluminium, z przeznaczeniem
do stosowania również w warunkach zewnętrznych.

Everyday we are exposed to all types of sources of light. LEDs have become a relatively new
source that has been added to the list.
Diodes have been introduced to the market since the expansion of modern
electronic devices. LED became more and more popular and nowadays are
considered to be an important source of light for other industries. LEDs
function as a lighting or illumination source. They are very energy efficient.
For example we offer diodes that use as little as 0.08 W for each lighting point.
Therefore, purchase of LED pays for itself within a very short period of time.
Other advantages are their long lifespan and small dimensions.
LED’s features distinguish them from other sources of light. We were surprised
that they were not used or implemented earlier in a wide range of other
industrial applications besides electronics. Commonly used old sources

desired areas. LEDs did not have an easy and universal fixture system that
made it difficult to apply this source of lighting anywhere else but electronic
devices.
