Sounds of nature, sounds of everyday life, fairytale sounds created by
the composer. Thorny or smooth, flashy violet or softly blue, vibrant or
subtly shiny. All this, when ordered, becomes music. See, touch, listen –
and check out what beautiful harmony you can make out of it.

Sound Splash Play ** (percussion concert)
A playground bathing in sun. A playground in torrential rain. How
does it sound? Can an everyday playing ground become a big musical
instrument? In a way, it is always one: when children come in, the
wind blows, and rain falls. But how does it sound when given over
to musicians? Like a big percussion? Will you play music on the
playground?

Kwartludium in Wonderland: What’s Behind the Mirror
(workshop with elements of interactive concertising for children aged
8–12)
In the realm of musical magic, we will encounter extraordinary music
written by modern Polish and foreign composers. We will walk into the
other side of the mirror, into the world of inspiration and imagination.
We shall listen to music while tracking the movement of planets,
walking on the sand, looking into the secret world of composers’
childhood as if into a magic box. But what will the Rabbit say to that?
The project of this unique scenario and concert performance by the
Kwartludium ensemble with modern music for children is co-organised
and financed by the New: Aud European project, uniting leading
European ensembles of contemporary music.
